Join the many generous donors who invest in our work so that we may build a stronger community through our competitive grantmaking process. The Two Rivers Unrestricted Endowed (T.R.U.E)
GrantsFund was established as an endowed fund by local community leaders in Garfield County in order to build resources to help local nonprofits through annual grant distributions. Non-profit organizations providing services to people from the communities throughout Glenwood Springs, Carbondale, New Castle and surrounding communities are eligible to apply.

Gifts to the Two Rivers Community Foundation’s Unrestricted Endowment
These gifts add to the permanent endowment of the Two Rivers Community Foundation. Income generated from the Endowment Fund supports 2RCF’s general operating expenses.

IRS Charitable Rollover
Extended tax benefits allow more people to experience the joy of giving during their lifetimes. Two Rivers Community Foundation can help turn your Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) into tax-saving charitable gifts.

Giving Later
Many donors give through bequests from their estate. Charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, remainder interests in real estate, and gifts of life insurance are among the most tax effective ways to support the Two Rivers Community Foundation or to add to existing funds. Charitable remainder trusts have the added advantage of providing excellent income and tax benefits for the donor before their assets are turned over to charitable purposes. A planned gift at 2RCF will allow you to pass on your vision for a stronger community.
